Need a home! Not a big home but a tiny home.

Hello, I’m 47 years old. Never married nor had kids. I’ve always had a good job and made ok money. But I’ve always had to pay rent. Never can save much money. I live in California. Been here my whole life. Things are expensive out here. But I recently found a small plot of land for only $100,000. I would like to buy it and put a tiny home on the land. Tiny home I want is around 60,000. I could finance the tiny home but the lot has to be paid upfront. They won’t let me finance the lot.
