Eviction notice but manager denied disability extention

As a mom of three always providing for us all on my own and always struggled to ask for help, at this time I have no choice but to ask for financial help so we can keep our home and not get evicted. We recently moved to Las Vegas from California due to the cost of living being less than California and more opportunities to create multiple streams of income.
I got into an hit and run car accident that lead to me losing my job because my managers declined my doctors notes due to being short staffed. I tried to continue my job after treatment, but my hands keep going numb after typing all day. The car accident caused nerve damage resulting both arms going completely numb. With months of physical therapy and numerous appointments every week, I tried to go back to work due to the high demand of my company being short staffed. After going back to work, my injuries just got worse and worse, so my chiropractor and doctors put me back on disability, but my managers declined and fired me due to my attendance and inability to meet production requirements.
I received a 7-day eviction notice today and I am in need of help. I am in need of $2000 to help pay my rent so my kids and I do not get evicted.
We just moved to a whole state by ourselves to try and save more money, but this unexpected car accident has put me behind. We have no family to stay with in Las Vegas and I have no car to try to sleep in. I’ve been trying to find ways to make money while on disability, but its challenging with injuries, young children and being alone in a new state and city. I promise to give back once I get a new job and back on my feet. I am always willing to help and always the first to help and last to leave when it comes to my kids school, sports teams and anyone that’s in need.
