Please Help With My Son's Braces & Behind On Bills

Hello! I am a single parent in need of help with getting my son's braces removed. They are requesting I pay the balance due of $1,800 in order to have his braces removed. His braces have been on too long at this point and they need to come off to avoid damage to his teeth. They are not willing to work with my since I was on a couple payment arrangements in the last couple of years and defaulted due to being in a bad car accident, multiple surgeries, physical therapy and still in recovery. Work has been very minimal and I have fallen behind on so many bills, most important electric and gas. Rent and food has been top priority with the little bit I make.
My primary concern is my son's teeth and oral health. Help for my son and if possible with bills would be forever appreciated and once I am in a better position I will pay it forward and help others!
