Hello everyone,
I find myself in a challenging financial situation and am reaching out for assistance. I currently owe $25,000 on credit cards and $22,000 on a personal loan. Facing the possibility of bankruptcy and homelessness is a reality for me now. As a single father, I am deeply concerned about the impact this situation could have on my son, Joel, who deserves a stable environment.
I have attempted numerous avenues to manage this debt, including applying for debt consolidation loans from institutions like SoFi, Upstart, Prosper, and BHG. Unfortunately, I have been denied due to having a high credit limit. I also tried enrolling in a debt consolidation program, but it requires creditor approval, which I haven't been able to secure. Currently, I'm three months behind on all related payments.
