Gas and Electricity final turn off notice and credit card dept.

I haven't been able to pay all credit card bills and services for a while now, I have taken care of the rest and food for my children but seem very hard to keep up with all the expenses now days.
I am the only person working in a family of 4 and just get enough to pay for basic stuff.
Just my gas bill is at almost $2000 and just got the final turn off notice.
I need help paying for gas and electricity which is almost $4000 for these few months I was jot able to pay.
My 3 credit cards have around $5300 now and it is very hard to pay them and keep up with the other living expenses.
