| I am a single mother of three living in Baltimore city, struggling to pay the bills and take care of my children. I make $18 an hour with rent gas and electric Car, insurance and food as well over $5000 a month. I’ve already lost three brothers to being murdered in Baltimore city and I don’t want to lose my sons. I’m trying to show them that there is a Better Way, Baltimore started a one dollar house program but you have to have $90,000 to purchase being a single mother was not so good Credit. I can’t get a loan. To back the purchase I just want to show my case that we can start from nothing and as long as we work hard, God will provide my mother was my only support and she passed in 2019. With no insurance I had to sell my car amongst other things to pay for her funeral but I managed I worked hard and was able to get another car right now. I’m just begging for a break. To help save my sons. Right now my Credit is not in a great position that we can afford to buy a house in a better neighborhood so I would like to try to build us a home with the $90,000 that I am asking for. This is a scam or a person trying to get over my name is Saquia Monk and I live in Baltimore city I have three brothers that was murdered in the streets and a mother that passed away from breast cancer, all of which happened within less than five years of each other from 2015 to 2019. I want to show my kids that it’s something better out there, so I’m just like asking for a helping hand or a foot in the door and that would start the one dollar homes and a minimum of $90,000 of funds available to be approved for this home. I’m just begging for a little help. |
