| Thank you for your attention. My name is Eric and it’s nice to meet all of you! So, let me tell you what’s happening. Three years ago, my mother passed away from kidney disease and my father passed away last year from heart failure. I still live in our house by myself, but in 90 days, I will be forced to move out. My parents had tax debt, medical debt and credit card debt that I never knew about. Their tax debt is so big and long overdue (no way I could ever pay it in my lifetime), so the IRS took it to court and a judge ruled that the IRS will be granted full legal possession of my house in 90 days! I have already found another place to live and a full-time job, but my new place will not be ready until mid-July and the down payment is 5,000 dollars to get me in. (It’s a very simple and small cabin at the end of a dirt road and I would be thankful to have it.) I believe 2,000 dollars would be enough to put some furniture and appliances inside and the rest is to keep me fed and watered until regular paychecks come in, so $7,000 dollars is my goal. I tried to get a personal loan at seven different banks and lending centers, but they all turned me down cause of a low credit score. I don’t have anyone else to ask or live with. If I don’t reach 7,000, I will hold everything together with ANY donation you can give me! I promise you that I’m worth what I’m asking for and I give you my deepest, never ending thanks!!! |
