Please Help me raise 3500.00 to bring my friend back home

My friend left on a business trip back in December and had everything stolen. Iam so far in debt my self that I cant help him and this is the only way I could see to help him come home.
This is the amount the embessy is asking for a ticket on plane and new passport.
Please I am not asking for myself but for Brian and his son who needs his father home with him.
