In Desperate Need to Pay Medical Bills or Risk Losing Everything

Hello, To Whom This May Concern,
My name is Mervat Flores and right now I am battling an astronomical amount of medical bills due to my back and suffering from vertabrae disorder that is going to costs me more than I can afford to payback.
I am in desperate need of help! Please, hear my cry! I have given much charitable incomes to different charities and foundations, but now it is time for me to ask for help. Please, those of you out there that have been through what I am going through can understand that I am about to lose my home, family stability, and just means of surviving if I don't receive aid as I write at this moment!
