Hi, I recently went through a hectic tooth pain that caused me to be let go from my job. I work as a road side emergency technician for AAA. on 04/27/2024 I went through a long agony night with throbbing pain, i am allergic to most of the pain killers. that very morning i walked past my newphews room and notice a gun sticking out in his backpack (its was a airsoft pistol sprayed all black. I had a brief lecture and confiscated the airsoft pistol and threw it in my work bag. when i got to work, my lead seen how tired and worn i was from the tooth pain and told me to take off. right when i was return the vehicle work key. the airsoft pistol slipped out and the camera caught it. camera caught it and ended up being told to stay home until furtur notice. 3 days passed Corp security called for a Zoom meeting and accused me of being a real gun to work, I tried to show them and explain but no acception, didnt want to see the airsoft or talk to my coworker that also can confirm its a toy gun. the head security just get angry and shout over me when im answering their questions, found out its still illegal to branshing a airsoft and gived that i was sprayed black makes it worst.I felt the head security guy was very unprofessional and kept telling me to admit its a real gun, at the end He tricked me into resigning or if i chosen termination , I will have a record of me carry a real gun to work.It was too late by the time i put one and one together about the gun record on my future new employments was against the law to discredit a former employee. Now I cant ask for unemployement . dental bill drain 90 percent of my savings. I felt like everything was taken away from me within a split second. plan B is to live in my car after next month. thank you for your attention
