Help with Car Payment and House Payment

Hello All, I am behind in our house and car payments for the last couple of months. I do not want to lose either one as winter is coming and I do not want to be homeless in the middle of the cold weather. We had an emergancy hospital stay that has put us behind and we have no where to turn to get funds and our credit has gotten bad because we have been behind in payments.
